Summer Camp
During Day Camp, Club members are involved in a variety of engaging and fun activities. They may include: art, cooking, science, computer lab, outdoor games, sports and fitness activities, and more. Campers are grouped by age with approximately 15 children per group. Specific questions about the programming can be answered by calling (608) 269-CLUB (2582).
You can pick up and fill out your registration forms when you come to the Club to register.
Eligibility
Day Camp is open to all children entering grades 2 through 12 in the 2025-2026 school year. This includes children who have just completed 1st grade.

Structured Camp Activities: 8 am – 11:30 am
Lunch: 11:30 am – 12:00 pm (Lunch is provided most days.

Camp Fees
A current membership is required to register for summer camp. A membership is $30.00 for the year.
Each household will be responsible for a $125 summer registration fee.

Registration forms can be obtained at the Club during registration.
Field Trips
On Fridays during the summer, the Club is only open to registered members attending the field trips. For
campers and traditional Club members (non-campers), field trip costs range between $35 and $65 each. Field
trip registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registration and payment are required and due
according to the payment schedule found in this booklet. Children attending summer school in Sparta are
invited to join us on Field Trip days, which then provides all-day programming.
Children must be at the Club by 8:00 in the morning to attend the field trip (unless otherwise indicated).
Field Trip attendees will return to the Club between 5:00 and 5:30 pm.
Our staff-to-child ratio on field trips will not exceed 1 staff to 12 children.
Field Trips are subject to change on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Breakfast & Refreshments
A selection of breakfast foods will be available for campers to purchase at the Club between
7:30 and 8:00 AM. Prices for breakfast foods range from .50 - $3.
An afternoon snack & drink will be available for each child between 3:00 and 4:00 PM each
day. Bringing food from home is permitted. Refrigerators, toasters & microwaves are available.
Free Lunch Program
Lunches will be provided free through the Sparta Area School District’s free lunch program. Sending a packed lunch on days your child does not want the free lunch is allowed.
Snack Cash Punch Cards
Prepaid Snack Cash Cards are available in increments of up to twenty dollars. The cards are redeemable from the Club’s snack bar only. Snack cards are non-refundable and are not transferable for cash. Parents are encouraged to
indicate a daily spending allowance.
