Adopt a Family 2024
As the holidays approach, we recognize that many parents and caregivers in our Club community need help providing Thanksgiving meals or holiday gifts for their children. Club Families in our Adopt a Family program create wish lists for their children and household needs. Donors may shop for families or send money to the Club based on the number of family members/ items wished for, and Club staff can purchase items for donors.

If you would like to help in other ways, such as donating personal hygiene products, household items, clothing, winter gear, or gas/ food cards, you can do this separately and drop it off at the Club between 12 and 5 PM Monday through Friday. Items will be given to families as needed.
Adopt a Family 2024 Donor Timeline
To adopt a family for a Thanksgiving Meal, please complete the form by November 15th. You will be contacted and matched with a family, and information on needed items will be shared with you. Donations should be dropped off on Monday, November 25th. If you donate money for Club staff to purchase meal items for you, please send it to the Club when you complete the request form.
To adopt a family for Holiday gifts, please complete the form by November 22nd. You will be contacted and matched with a family, and information on needed items will be shared with you. Please drop gifts off by December 13th. Gifts do not need to be wrapped. If you prefer to have Club staff shop for you, please send in your monetary donation when you fill out the request form.
If you would like to adopt a family for a Thanksgiving Meal and Holiday gifts, please complete the form by November 15th. The deadlines for dropping items off are the same as above for each Thanksgiving and holiday gift.
Monetary donations for Club staff to purchase items for you can be mailed or dropped off at BGCS, 1000 E. Montgomery St., Sparta, WI 54656. Payment via debit or credit card can be made by calling 608.269.2582.
Drop Off Instructions
Please drop off items at the Boys & Girls Club of Sparta between 12 and 5 PM Monday- Friday. For assistance, ask for Danielle Reget. Club staff will distribute items and gifts to families as items come to the Club.
Adopt a Family 2024 Consideration
At least one child must be a current Boys & Girls Club of Sparta member. All children within that Club member’s family are eligible to participate.
